Glad to see you're continuing your journey? Where you at weight wise? What are your updated goals or aspirations? What setbacks or struggles have you experienced?
Bruh, I’m fat AF right now. I just haven’t mentally been there for over year and personal stuff/injuries impacted training and then nutrition and it all spiraled out of control.
Goal wise, I’m only concerned with training six days a week and getting back to a light form of carb-backloading.
I just need to find that love for training again and it’s starting to come back over the last few weeks. I’m starting to tinker with a setup where it’s heavy upper and hypertrophy lower based on that T-Nation article.
Keep in my I’m over 40 so cutting building cycles aren’t on my radar anymore. I really just want to drop these Lbs and have some form of explosion/athleticism/cardio. I’m actually good with my overall level of muscle underneath the damage I’ve done.
