Foley pretty much broke himself to make the likes of Rock, HHH, Orton and Edge. And that's without even talking about him getting thrown off The Cell.

Bray is good at working his own character, but he's nowhere near Foley otherwise. He shouldn't have to be - The thought of someone in a major promotion with a PG rating taking the amount of punishment Mick took, wouldn't fly at all in the 10's and 20's.
