I can't remember the last time I saw a ravens QB run the hurry up offense as much as I saw Lamar run it tonight. Maybe McNair? Testaverde maybe?
That was new. Same deal with watching the ravens NOT having a running game or a stout defense.

hes awful in every aspect of the game
cant tackle,over pursues everything,take horrible angles,soft,looks lost in coverage
dude is legit the worst MLB in the league
the D would atleast be serviceable if they would bench that dude

Yeah, I'm ready to call him a straight bust at this point. Put him along with Matt Elam. Our LBs are probably worst in the league. LJ Fort injury is hurting us way more than I expected.
Averett came down to earth today and got picked on the whole game too. Defense was awful all round
shouts out to Oweh and Campbell for the gamechanging plays though Lamar was incredible but we'll be one and done in the playoffs if the LBs and RBs continue to be this bad. The o-line I hope will coalesce by end of the season with Stanley back but who knows

Averett came down to earth today and got picked on the whole game too. Defense was awful all round
Lamar was incredible but we'll be one and done in the playoffs if the LBs and RBs continue to be this bad. The o-line I hope will coalesce by end of the season with Stanley back but who knows
on offense we need to just get healthy and embrace being a pass first team
on defense they need to start playing a more vanilla scheme and back their linebackers and safeties up off the LOS
we shouldn’t have 9-10 players standing at the LOS every fukking play
theyd be alot better if Wink would put them in a position to see whats in front of them and react instead of having to sprint back into position when the ball is snapped

I was worried about his size playing the mike against the run but breh looks terrible in coverage as well
Might've been Flacco in the SB year when they had that Sugar Huddle thing going early on. I remember they stomped the Bengals in the MNF opener running it.
Man….another escape. That has to be the most yardage we’ve ever given up in a win.
Marlon is awesome, but he needs to get it in gear. The whole secondary, really. Lost count of the missed tackles and guys getting dragged 4-5 yards downfield.
IDK what to do with Queen. Maybe try him more on the outside? He’s at least showed (barely) some blitzing ability.
On a positive note, Hollywood showed me something. He’s actually turning upfield and fighting for yardage instead of catching and falling down. Looked like a different player last night.

Should the Ravens trade for a MLB?

If so, who they need to give up? My vote is Queen. He was a one year wonder at LSU and I'm convinced DeCosta wanted to break the Ravens stigma of not picking an LSU player because Ozzie wouldn't allow it. There were better options at MLB when they picked and he's not going to get better. He's not a football player. LSU coaches knew more about this kid then the Ravens because they didn't start him until his senior year and that was because of injury!
Oh, and I hope Averette just had a bad game and isn't who I thought he was.

Did Lamar look slower on the field last night? He didn't seem to have his usual blazing speed even breaking it of the pocket.

Did fully watch the game but in the games I have watched, he's looked as fast as ever. He isn't taking off as much so maybe thats why you think he's slower.

It was just this game that I noticed it but I wasn't really watching for it in the other games. You're probably right though. There were a bunch of times I kinda wanted him to take off from the pocket because I thought he had open space but he stayed put and threw it instead.
