I think the Ravens really need to get one of those creative mastermind OCs in. Thats the only thing holding back that offense, someone who can design it to be real lethal and creative while maximising its strengths on the ground.

Watching this game I think we might have something with Ricard at FB, with some more development dude can be the hybrid FB/TE for this offense. Not thinking he's an all pro type, but with the mobility/hands for his size (311lbs) dude is def valuable in the league. Finally see Roman's starting to use Hollywood more creatively, but still has some head scratchers for 3rd down situations.

I think so, unless the offense is just beyond trash against the bills. I will say I like Roman's run scheme and concepts but we really need someone who's creative with the passing concepts and (qb favorable) play calling if we're going to bush him, anything else might be a lateral move IMO since we don't have the talent at this point at WR. I think that'll be hard to find unless we bush Harbs as well which I don't see happening.

They have one of the top 3 offenses in the league ... yall are so annoying we can dissect every play caller.... the Ravens are the only team where every issue is an indictment ...Lamar misses a throw see Lamar is the worst thrower of all time...Roman tries something it wasn't played right ...he is the worst of all time ...

Why would you get rid of Roman right now in a supposed down yr the offense put up close to 30 pts a game right there close to the Chiefs

Opinions should be rooted in common sense...your franchise top two offensive seasons is with roman as the OC....again yall issue has nothing to do with productivity but appearance...you want a mahomes and aaron rodgers offense so u can stick ur dikk out and be happy...when you dont have the qb nor the position players....
