I posted about this a few pages back. It's 11 teams operating "over the cap" this season, 7 are in the AFC. Surprise, the Ravens aren't one of them.

None of us should believe the Ravens are all in this season when you have 7 within conference teams operating over the cap.

The cap is soft. Teams aren't penalized and can adjust funds as much as needed. Ravens either don't know how to do this, Biscotti is a tight wad, or its something else I'm not considering. Either way, they need to pay to bring in FAs and they need to start paying to retain their talent. Can't keep doing the same shyt and expect a different result. It's insane by definition to continue to operate like this.
