People are saying he took Georgia Tech's offense away from the option and made them more into a pro spread type offense.
He's either going to help Roman develop a passing game or he might be moving up on the coaching staff sooner rather than later...meaning he'll replace Roman.
They're surrounding Roman with everything he needs to develop a passing game. Keith Williams and Tee Martin are WR development gurus and now Keith Dixon for a potential full transition to a spread offense.
The writing is on the wall. If Roman doesn't incorporate some pro passing concepts and plays into his playbook, he won't survive the season.
