I wouldn't be surprised if Lamar plays this whole season without a long term contract. Would not be ideal for the Ravens, but I get the feeling Lamar wants to see how they treat Hollywood. If they don't pick up Hollywood's 5th year option, what are the chances Lamar just does his 1 or 2 years under the franchise tag and bounce?

Honestly I have been saying that’s the best thing for Lamar to do is a Kirk cousins he will be in control and keep the Pressure on this mom and pop organization to do better

I feel the same way. But I bet you they stain his reputation if he doesn't sign a long term deal or tell everyone Lamar's best days are behind him and he's not the same player he was...blah blah blah.

thinking that we’re ok at WR is a huge mistake

wasn’t Harbs just saying the other day we had receivers running the wrong routes on 4th down plays :dahell:

this is why the ravens will never win a SB with lamar, if you're not getting him help i would start thinking about leaving.

im probably in the minority but I don’t want a pass rusher in the 1st round

I’d rather go oline or WR

They have so many holes and most of the 1st round picks can make an immediate impact. It's really gonna be tough this year at 14. I can see us looking back in a year or 2 and thinking "damn, they could've had him!" Oh well, that's the nature of the business.

Anyway, I was thinking Linderbaum from Iowa, but the Giants need a center too. Plus, he's only 290. I can only imagine what the IDL of the North would do to him. I've seen him lunge and get pulled down in pass protection.

The WR from USC, whose name I cant recall at the moment, should be there. His season ended after 8 games because of an ankle injury. He's 6'5" 210 and would be a huge problem for any corner, probably even Ramsey. The Ravens have always wanted a big talented WR and he might be the one they've been looking for.

Should be atleast two day 1 starters at cornerback too. And let's not forget Devin Lloyd who would probably be a 1st team All Pro at some point in his career.

What are the odds the Ravens go defensive player in the 1st to help McDonald establish his kind of defense?

Exactly they can no longer do this in this division the bengals and browns are only going to get better while this organization philosophy of football is still stuck in 2000 :mjlol: it’s time for the ravens to bring in some one from the outside to run this organization
