SU brings/have more fans that travel to their away games than they have show up to their home games, it's been numerous times that SU fans will out-number the home team's fan, even sit on their side and shyt
Even with dude being an ass of a coach, SU still brought fans to JSU, (see 2010 game) and Alcorn and Bama and Houston
They wasn't the 1st to coin that name "Jaguar Nation" for nothing breh, Them nikkas will travel to the moon to see SU play
make sure that bytch got parking for them RVs and buses and flags

Alabama State the only school to have homecoming on the last game of the season every year on Thanksgiving.
Nobody ever stayed or went to that shyt except for old folks and Montgomery locals.

It's the largest HBCU classic. At be at least 60K in the stadium..70K when the teams are good.
It's it's between 30-50k outside the stadium tailgating or just walking around.
It may be the biggest but nothing still compares to the Bayou Classic. It's a tradition to watch the Bayou Classic on NBC astound Thanksgiving. Before the Celebration Bowl, it was always the only HBCU game to be televised to a national audience on network TV. And this is coming from someone who went to Bama State.
The BoomBox Classic isn't a real classic, it's just a big ass regular game. Folks started calling it the boombox because SU's band is called the Human Jukebox and JSU band is the Sonic Boom Of The South. Band heads started calling it that and it just took off on it's on. It's always packed because those are the two best bands in the SWAC and both of them be with the fukkery. But the football games are always close. The games always seem to come down to the final minutes of the game.

Magic City

Campus Life and enrollment started to decline at Southern around the early 2000s. It hurt the student crowd, plus not having Jackson State and FAMU coming to the bluff hurt it also.

Not really. Only schools I know of there are WSSU & Johnson C Smith. I heard that CIAA basketball tournament is where it's at tho
