For the record I'm sure Spoon is a DQ decision

TD prolly push DQ to sign Spoon
TD really spoke up about retaining Spoon last season.

General Manager Thomas Dimitroff said Tuesday that the Falcons see the impending free agent as a vital member of the defense.

“Sean Weatherspoon is going to be an important part of building this defense and building this team. He has that side of him and that leadership that we need across the board,” Dimitroff said, via the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “He’s a guy that’s really, really focused on his rehab. We need him back in this organization to help us go to another level. He’s starting to move around.”

Of course the ATL
How would you feel if we picked Treadwell then went all defense.

Laquon Treadwell may not be available by the time we pick and even if he is available I think we're set on WRs now. Julio, Sanu, Hardy and bring some guys to come compete for the #4 WR spot and were good, I don't think we should invest anymore serious money into it now

Sucks were not getting Schofield back but he had his share of brain farts & late hits last season. Not gonna be mad if we get a more disciplined player to take his place

Just listen to Spoon's conference call, He dropped a huge hint
that Worrilow might be coming back.

Looking at these linebackers in the draft. Darron lee will be a bust.

Deion jones got great instincts snuffing out the run but is weak in coverage. 2down backer at best.

We need myles jack, leonard Floyd, or ragland. Floyd can fill that Bruce Irvin role for us easy. Only concerns with ragland is that 4.72 he ran.

Jaylon smith is practically out the question as he might not play this season.

Jerrell Freeman went to the Bears. Looks like we'll get Lauranaitis in FA or Ragland in the draft.

I much rather them take their chances in the draft with Ragland.
James Laurinaitis is a rich mans Paul Worrilow.

But I will say this I, starting to get a feel Reggie Ragland is Curtis Lofton 2.0
typical down hill thumper and nothing more. I hope I wrong though.......

I agree. He has to atleast drop 15 pounds because his speed is lacking. I've also never seen him in cover much. At Bama, he shined against the run but lacked against the pass.

He's definitely got bust written all over him. He's an old school style linebacker. I think with the right coach, he'd be good.

That tight end slowed down to make that catch.

I feel the same way about ragland tho. If he is going to be a 2 down thumper I rather take my chances with deion jones in the 2nd.

Leonard Floyd has way more upside in the 1st.

I didn't get a chance to watch Deion play but I saw Darron Lee. He could be converted to SS. If Jones drops to our range in the 2nd, they should grab both.

Floyd is a good player but he's more of a pass rusher. He's long and quick and would be good in coverage but would get bullied by o linemen and big backs during run plays.
