15.
Atlanta Hawks: Adreian Payne, Michigan State, PF, 6-10, 239, Sr. Scout's take: "He is a stretch-four potential player who rebounds and shoots the ball well. He has great size for his position, but is a bit injury-prone."

16. Chicago Bulls (from Charlotte): Gary Harris, Michigan State, SG, 6-4, 205, So. Scout's take: "Small for a shooting guard. But he is a unique shooter who can also defend. He played hurt all of last season."

17. Boston Celtics (from Brooklyn): T.J. Warren, North Carolina State, SF, 6-8, 220, So. Scout's take: "He's a lethal scorer, especially from midrange in. He has a great floater. An unproven defender who is not a high-level athlete."

pho_2.gif

18. Phoenix Suns (from Washington): Zach LaVine, UCLA, SG, 6-6, 181, Fr. Scout's take: "High-risk or high-reward draft pick due to his immaturity. Most explosive guard UCLA has had since the Thunder's Russell Westbrook."

chi.gif

19. Chicago Bulls: Kristaps Porzingas, Spain Sevilla PF-C, 7-0, 220. Scout's take: "Face-up power forward who is two or three years away. Good 3-point shooter, shot-blocker. Big body that is extremely underdeveloped."

tor.gif

20. Toronto Raptors: Clint Capela, France Chalone, PF, 6-11, 222. Scout's take: "He's a pogo-stick jumper who is extremely athletic. He shows some good shot-blocking and rebounding potential. Needs to put on weight."

okc_2.gif

21. Oklahoma City Thunder (from Dallas via Houston and Los Angeles Lakers): Rodney Hood, Duke, SG-SF, 6-8, 208, So. Scout's take: "True big guard who can guard multiple positions. Made great strides after his redshirt year. Big concern is ability to keep weight on."

mem_2.gif

22. Memphis Grizzlies: K.J. McDaniels, Clemson, SF, 6-6, 196, Jr. Scout's take: "Athletic wing with high-level defensive potential. Premier shot-blocker from the wing spot. Decent shooter with developing offensive game."

uth2.gif

23. Utah Jazz (from Golden State): Kyle Anderson, UCLA, SF, 6-8, 220, So. Scout's take: "He's unique Boris Diaw-type of guy who's a mismatch offensively. Sees the floor very well. Question marks are defense, slow feet."

hornets2logo.jpg

24. Charlotte Hornets (from Portland): Elfrid Payton, Louisiana-Lafayette, PG, 6-4, 185, Jr. Scout's take: "Defensive-minded player with Rajon Rondo-type game. His outside shot is a big weakness. He is extremely fast running the floor."

hou_2.gif

25.Houston Rockets: Jordan Adams, UCLA, SG, 6-5, 209, So. Scout's take: "Crafty shooting guard who is a great offensive player. Has intriguing defensive potential. Rates extremely high analytically."

mia.gif

26. Miami Heat: Shabazz Napier, Connecticut, PG, 6-1, 175, Sr. Scout's take: "Scoring guard who proved that he can play the point guard position in the NCAA tournament. Proven winner who hits big shots."

pho_2.gif

27. Phoenix Suns (from Indiana): Bogdan Bogdanovic, Serbia Partizan, PG-SG, 6-6, 200. Scout's take: "Combo guard with good size for both positions. Good shooter and facilitator who has similar game to Greivis Vasquez."

lac.gif

28. Los Angeles Clippers: P.J. Hairston, D-League Texas Legends, SG, 6-5, 229. Scout's take: "Big, physical two-guard who shoots the ball really well. Great athleticism. Character issues are the main concern."

okc_2.gif

29. Oklahoma City Thunder: Damien Inglis, France Roanne, 6-8, 240. Scout's take: "Strong defensive potential. A multiple-position defender who is ridiculously long. He's a decent athlete with good offensive game."

sas.gif

30.San Antonio Spurs: Mitch McGary, Michigan, C, 6-10, 263, So. Scout's take: "Big, physical center who is an underrated passer, shooter and rebounder. There are concerns with his back after having surgery."

Sacramento Kings willing to trade No. 8 pick in 2014 NBA Draft, per report

Just a few minutes after the Sacramento Kings won the rights to the No. 8 selection in the 2014 NBA Draft Lottery, they've announced they're looking to trade it. Sacramento would rather pursue a veteran than try to develop talent at the No. 8 spot, according to a tweet from NBA.com's Scott Howard-Cooper.

The Kings went just 28-54 this season, and have plenty of young prospects in Isaiah Thomas, Ben McLemore and DeMarcus Cousins. Sacramento doesn't have many good contracts to trade, although they do have expiring deals in Reggie Evans and Jason Terry.

This may change what happens with Terry, who decided to rehab his knee in Dallas for the remainder of the season after being traded to the Kings at the deadline in February. Terry could end up as an additional piece to make salaries work in a trade. There's also the less likely chance he joins the team should they add another veteran presence that vaults them into contention in the West.

In any case, some movement should be expected come draft day. Sacramento is apparently just the first on the board.

Cavs should def continue building Canada North and take Wiggins, but if they don't I could see Wiggins being cool with Milwaukee. He's an out of the spotlight typa guy anyways. Plus can you imagine Wiggins and Giannis at the 2 and 3 once they develop? That's some 40 years in the future evolutionary type combo on the wing.
you confuse Canada with Mexico or something? :patrice:

Wiggins, Waiters and Irving really make no sense to me. So I see Irving leaving or Waiters getting traded if they go the Wiggins route, just makes no sense. If Wiggins is going to be the next Superstar Jordan-esque player, one of them nikkas got to go. I Understand Big 3's and all that, but they are honestly just best off drafting Embiid and not tryna be greedy. They waste all there picks anyway (if there is such a thing).

I'd like to see Parker or Wiggins in a Bucks uni, for the simple fact I think both of them have that KD mentality of being content in a small market for the long haul. Cleveland is too hot right now (post Lebron, Bennett, and rigged draft picks) and all that white noise might throw off there growth. Let them go somewhere quiet that suits there boring ass personalities, so they can have there little dunk highlights on SC and bubble quietly.

I think the thing with this draft order is, alot of teams tanked so they ended up getting slots where they could end up drafting the same type of players again... Embiid and Nerlens Noel really dont need to be on the same team. Neither do MCW and Parker, I just don't see championship nucleus' being formed there. Wherever these young nikkas go, sooner or later mufukkas gon start getting traded and these franchises are known for messes. Organizations can make or break careers.

nikkas shoulda just let LA get that #1:lolbron: even tho I hate the Lakers, they were due for it. :yeshrug:It was what's best for business.
