Harbaugh doesn't get that though. This is the same guy that needed the players to convince him not to fire Rex Ryan, didn't realize Greg mattison and cam Cameron couldn't do their jobs right, banned our all black alternates to try shedding a bad boy image, and had our cleats spray painted black to look tougher in his eyes. Reports were he wanted reed and pollard back like he wanted a root canal. He's not a good coach.

ive stopped trashing him since we won the superbowl but dude is fukking clueless
i hate the way he manages the team.For me it started years ago in Flacco/Rices rookie year when McGahee went to him personally and asked for more carries.He responded by not giving Willis a single carry and we lost to the pats by 1 point i think.I havent liked him since then
i hate how he keeps going for it on 4th down this year.It cost us both Cincy games
went for it twice in week 1 instead of taking the 3 and lost by 6.Went for it last week instead of taking the 3 and lost by 3
you would think he learned from the 1st game
i also hate that they arent giving Arthur Brown a chance to suceed or fail on the field.Dude is probably the best athlete on our D and has good instincts.There is no reason why he has been inactive every game this season except for last night,especially since Daryl Smith hasnt been good this year
dude also sucks at evaluating talent.There is no reason why we didnt draft atleast 1 WR this past draft.Especially when you look at how deep the draft was at WR
i saw a interview he did after the draft talking bout we were set at WR and any WR we drafted would have a hard time making the roster

Flacco and our team would be alot better if we built a offense around him but they seem to think Flacco and a solid D enough to win
they need to upgrade the talent on offense.Ive been saying it for 3 year but instead of upgrading we get a little worse every year
now watch in April we draft defense in all the early rounds again,draft a WR in the 7th round,and sign a vet like Andre Johnson or Fitz and act like all our offensive problems are solved smh
only way i see us actually taking a skill position player in round 1 is if Amari Cooper is on the board(only because hes a Bama guy) and we probably wont be picking high enough to draft him

Everybody knows who the coaches were on those 2008-2012 teams. Now he wants to prove it's his team, but I can't think of anything he's done that was a great coaching move in a game. I do however see the stupid challenges and burned timeouts he seems to be responsible for every game though.

Real talk, Ray and Ed were the real leaders. Harbaugh thinks he's coaching high school football or some shyt. He's trying to undercut grown ass men. Retarded challenges and terrible decision making all around. I'm glad im not only one that has a dislike in the way he handles things. I'm glad we have him instead of Garrett, but being a good person doesn't win you football games in the nfl. He has to let go of his pride and ego and let the players play.

Let's not forget how quick we abandon the run. What is his expertise on the team? I'm not sure he's particularly good at anything besides taking reckless chances and caping for bad coordinators.

I actually hope Michigan takes Harbs away from us. He's too stubborn for his own good and his clock management/personnel decisions leave you scratching your head. No excuse for Arthur Brown and Terrance Brooks to have been sitting out the game at Pitt. Darryl Smith is too slow and anyone is a upgrade over Stewart. I'm not a big Elam fan but they have him playing out of his natural position and he's too young/dumb to figure it out.

Very few players grow into impact players with him and out coordinators besides Rex in 2008 and chuck in 2011. Not good at developing young ones.

If the jets fire Rex after the year, who here thinks harbaugh leaving for Michigan abd Rex being hired would be good for us? If so, why do you think so? A big reason for me is I feel like our coaching philosophy is usually bad on both sides of the ball, but even more so on defense and in regards to young players.

We were in control of that game until the Taliafero fumble plus the Steelers shored up their pass protection. After that Ben had all the time in the world to pick us apart and he's been on fire lately. Our secondary didn't play well but the odds were against them. It doesn't help that James Harrison looked like he was 30 again. We'll be fine and still in contention for a wild card at the least they just gotta be more consistent

Im glad they're giving Jacobs a shot.I liked him and Seamster in the preseason and thought they shouldve kept them 2 over Chykie,Franks,Aaron Ross
