Joey Votto and Adrian Gonzalez will go on month-long tears that carry their teams into first place.
Votto the Gawd's already on one breh. He's put up the most WAR & is hitting .389/.504/.726 in the last 30 days :wow:

There's even more to come. He has been one of my favorite players for the past 3 years.
He's won an MVP yet still gets looked over IMO. Plus he looks like someone you don't wanna fukk with, on some "it's always the quiet ones" shyt :scheme: :hmm:

So-Fla
Jorge Soler has been declared a free agent and is now eligible to sign with any team, reports Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports (on Twitter). The 20-year-old Cuban outfielder will be subject to the spending restrictions imposed by the new collective bargaining agreement as of July 2nd, but he can sign for any amount prior to then.
The Indians, Red Sox, Phillies, Yankees, Marlins, Blue Jays, and Astros are said to have interest in Soler, and I'm sure many other clubs will get involved as well. Back in March we heard bogus reports that the Cubs had agreed to a contract with the outfielder. Two GMs speculated that the bidding would exceed five years and $15-20MM back in February. Soler is said to have Stanton-like power but projects to hit for an higher average

:stopitslime: Stanton-like power

He's in my "tune in and catch his plate appearance if I have free time" club.

Right now it's:

Votto
Tulo - but ony when he's in the groove, dude is too fvcking streaky
Cano - that swing is beautiful
Prince Fielder - I just like the dude, I know he's not the greatest or most interesting hitter

and of course JETER DA GAWD

EDIT: oh yeah, and Hamilton too.

The "Player Tracker" feature on MLB.tv that alerts you when a player is coming up to bat is the shyt. I got Votto, Miggy, Bautista (to a lesser extent this year), Stanton, as well as Trout & Harper all saved on mine, so when the Giants aren't playing I just use it to flip between games. I try to catch most Strasburg starts too, & used to do the same with King Felix, but watching the Mariners that often got me suicidal :rip:

Is anyone gonna start a MLB Amateur Draft thread for tomorrow? I have no clue about most of the dudes who might get selected.
