when the passed ball happened (I have never seen a catcher with as many passed balls as Flores ), I knew you guys were going to at least tie it.

Clippard has been a disaster the last two months tho. Ever since the Mets t'ed off on dude in the June home series its been down hill for Clippard. Storen is back now and is pitching well, I hope Davey gives him his job back.

Clippard was a GREAT set up man before Storen's injury and Henry Rodriguez, Henry Rodriguez'd himself.

The batting title isn't an award...it's MATH. He exempted himself from math.

And MLB granting this just opens the door for a lot of future problems.

It really doesn't though.

Unless they add a provision that a player suspended for PED use shouldn't be eligible for awards/titles/etc. Which should be the case.

Good. I hope he gets blackballed from baseball. Possibly the stupidest motherfukker in the entire league.

However, his recent press session gave me a few chuckles, in spite of his typical immense stupidity.

If not impressed by his players' performance, he was by their physiques. Giancarlo Stanton posted pictures on Twitter of the team's rookies dressed as water polo players in Times Square.

"You see those guys' bodies? I showed it to my wife, and she took a look twice. ... You see we have a team with a great body, but not with talent. You see those guys, you see those pictures?
