AL CY YOUNG - Felix
AL ROY - Trout
AL MVP - Miggy
AL MOTY - Showalter

NL CY YOUNG - Cueto or Lohse :leon:
NL ROY - Frazier
NL MVP - Braun (Cutch has disappeared down the stretch again)
NL MOTY - Matheny

To the guy that said "keep picking Cueto and ignoring the numbers". What exactly do you mean? Cueto leads the league in ERA while pitching in a very batter friendly park. He's 4th in innings pitched. Tied for the league lead in wins.

Let me guess, you are gonna say dikkey deserves it because he has more strikeouts (more walks too) and a lower opponent batting average right? Maybe he should win it because he was touched as a child.

dikkey is pitching in meaningless games with no pressure every time he steps out there and when the Mets were in it for a little while around the all star break is when he went out there and threw stinkers.

Maybe you don't have dikkey winning it either....in that case :lolbron:

interested to see if they will give it to braun again. :leostare:

this argument will be all be for naught when dikkey gives up 9 earned today and ruins his season. You can blame me for showing confidence in a Met when it happens.

yup, there's the dreaded rain delay in St. Louis. dikkey's worst start of the year was in Atlanta when it rained. Wave bye bye to his chances after today. My apologies Mets fans, we're not allowed to have nice things.

oh and Wright, who will more than likely get a GG this season, isn't playing today. everything is lining up against dikkey.

Where the fukk does adam LaRoche gets his power from. I cant help but think this when i look at him.

He's not a very big guy (by professional athlete standards). He doesn't have bulging neck, arm or shoulder muscles (so no 'roids).

And he swings partly with one arm. (FP even mentioned that last night.)

Yet many of his HRs are in the upper deck.

As my man Chubbs Peterson so eloquently stated, "It's all in the hips"

You don't have to be huge to hit a ball far, if you have a proper swing.
