I just came back from the barber, been going to him regularly since 2004 and lately his been raising his price every time I get a cut. went from $35 to now $40 in just a month.
I can't justify the price anymore.



please recommend me good hair clippers, it's an investment so I don't mind paying for a quality ones.

Been at least five years now probably. I can line, taper, and take down the whole top myself in just a little over twenty minutes these days.

My whole setup was about $400, but I cut my hair every week so two months of cuts + tips and it's already paid for itself.

I've been on the "cut your own hair" wave for over 10 years now.

I highly recommend you get all the stuff needed to clean your clippers and accessories properly.

Don't ever get lazy on the cleaning.

Not only the price but the smugness of urban barbers nowadays is ridiculous. They think they celebrities. I just shave my head and line my beard up now.
