The ones who're in it for the actual love don't want anything to do with Microsoft and probably bounce.
Honestly, Microsoft should work on their own games and use that money to actually hire real talent.
A lot of really good software engineers don't want to go into gaming because of the lower pay compared to other fields.
They should open up the checkbook. I don't see that happening though because it's too much work.
