From his looks to most importantly how he is always portrayed. For some reason when people talk about him it's always ( well what about Thanos with the infinity gauntlet or Thanos with some other weapon/power) it's rarely him just as he is. That's like always saying (well what about Goku with the dragonballs)

Doom is the most interesting/best villain in comics :yeshrug:

Doom is the best villain at Marvel but Thanos is still Top 5 bad guy in the Marvel U.

breh, in the clip I saw, looked like he was giving the Avengers that work without the help of any infinity gauntlets or other weapons

it was just him putting hands on Thor and Iron Man :lupe:

I'm not talking about just the MCU. Him as a character period. Almost every time someone brings up a vs battle it's "well does he get this weapon or that"

People just love the Infinity Gauntlet stories...Without the Gauntlet Thanos is still extremely powerful and dangerous. He's taken out multiple Galactus level beings without the Gauntlet.
