Or to push the segregation agenda. I think that he does things like this to say "look, you have your own schools, you should just go to them".

Increasing their funding is something great for the African american community.
You have those numbers? What amount of funding has been granted?

Also if betsy devos at the same time is going to decrease the amount of federal funding a student can receive to go to school and given the prices of these schools already, how will that play out?

HBCUs constitute three percent of America’s colleges but produce 20 percent of black graduates, 50 percent of black public school teachers and lawyers, 80 percent of black judges, and 90 percent of black BA’s in STEM fields...

we'll see. If so, props. But its not only about being a "negative nancy" but you can't also ignore at the same time you have a christian privatizing nut and Chief Advisor who wants to dismantle everything which will translate to loss of federal help to attend these colleges.

Its like the healthcare debate. Republicans love using the word "access" and they're talking about high risk pools, which have either been so expensive in places implemented in this country or don't cover diddly squat for the people who need it the most.

Same hand out for the handshake but knife the back double talk that can't be ignored.

The Trump legacy in the black community is housing descrimination and the Central Park 5.
:mjlol:Yea right. The average black American probably never heard of either situation.

Trumps legacy in the black community is the guy who tried to pick on our "friends" the Muslim's and Hispanics

All Trump did with that executive order was place HBCUs under the per ur of the White House and not the Department of Education. Obama would have been crucified for doing the same. Not that it matters anymore anyway.
Now comes the question the HBCUs need to answer? Do they really think the money comes without condidtions? What are you willing to do for the money? Are we happy to see HBCUs bowing to the MAGA nationalist agenda of it means more black youth will be educated? What's the c00ning limit to get that money?
