Sadly, I don’t think people would be checking for Teyana like that if this album wasn’t backed by Kanye. VII (her debut) is a lot better than KTSE. I mean this album isn’t bad at all, but it’s no where near as focused and thought out as her previous album. I think the execution of this album could’ve been better with more time. The music sounds “rushed” imo.

In terms of the GOOD music projects.. my ranking would be...

DAYTONA > Nasir > Kids See Ghosts > KTSE >>>>>>>>> Ye

not an rnb guy but i really liked it. its production especially has been some of the strongest of the batch. u can tell a little more care and energy was put into. wtp kinda kills it for me tho b/c it will never grace my ears again. but everything was tight had it been kept at 7 tracks.
