So its okay for white people to be executed?
That's not really a concern of mine, got other shyt on my plate. To me the money I'm bout to make off betting on this final is more important than that issue...
Men commit the worst and grossest crimes, some of them deserve to die. For child rape cases studies show life long mental affects happen more when the offender is a man, whether he's molesting a guy or lil girl. girls raped by women rarely happens, and boys reportedly are OK after the rape.
For violent crimes, the vast majority of women are either insane or pushed passed a breaking point that no human can handle (sexual, physical abuse, repeated betrayal + abuse, mental abuse during childhood by the mother) . It's rare for women to commit the crimes with the same circumstances as men.
We only have 2% of death P cases going to women and nearly 80% of those are madd debatable. 20% the bytch was insane at the time of the crime and way before the crime. Those women were required to still be mothers and never got treatment... sadly some ended up killing the kids.
There are nations that prohibit women from receiving death. Only half of the death p nations have women that r on death row.. The death p is a necessary barbaric tool... but for the most part it's not needed for women. Even w men, it doesn't deter horrible crimes, but some people deserve it- in my opinion we need to torture them to death.
Black people are the main target of a corrupt criminal justice system... and the main victims of social economic fukkky circumstances (on average)- so it simply doesn't make logic sense to apply the death penalty to them. Our nation has over 3 thousand people on death row-- that is a clear sign of a backwards fukked up society... but the society has shytted on blacks, place a higher % of their destiny out of individual hands, and targets them in the justice system.. those death p laws shouldn't apply to them if being looked at as first class citizens doesn't apply to them.

The death penalty doesn't deter crime... so I'm usually against it. In the case of non whites it needs to be on a case by case basis... And only for things on the same level as molesting a toddler.
I'm uncomfortable with a western Caucasian controlled, funded, influenced, and biased CJ system deciding on the case of a Indian, Cambodian or Dominican American.
It should be on a case by case basis regardless of color. You not being comfortable with whites "controlling" the system means nothing though. Should blacks,hispanics etc control whites fates?
Sounds like every race should have their own system the way you make it sound.

A. Women do harm all the time... I really don't agree w the death penalty for most cases because it lets people off easy and doesn't deter crime. Women rarely deserve it. In nearly 100% of the cases the women is way pass crazy or has suffered years of abuse.. probably since childhood.
B. Didn't say that. I said boys being raped by men is a biggie. I said that studies show that boys who engage in acts w women are less mentally messed up than same sex rape. imo, since those women aren't Completely destroying the boys life - we shouldn't take theirs. Every men who rapes a child regardless of sex should be tortured then killed.
C. yea, if someone deserves it. The man who killed an infant by having sex w her... I feel like a str8 up death penalty is getting off easy.
D. Everyone should be judged fairly. In over 100 years there hasn't been one study that shows that non-whites in America are judged fairly most of the time. If a South Korean is judged in S. Korea, I'm OK w that. If a Palestinian is judged in Israel - we know it will not be fair. I guess we are going to pretend to be naive about our criminal justice system and private prison industry in America.

I would prefer for the system to be fair so that the race of the defendant doesn't matter.. but when media, historic preconceptions, private prison industries, and an overall CAC spin on the justice system is in place... WE end up with a system that is Fair some of the time.. and at other times The Police department, prison stock shareholders, judges, media and politicians working together - gives some groups an unfair advantage.
I don't care if white People control the system- this is American, it's expected. I don't like white supremacy and bias influencing the system. I'm not going to be foolish and believe that the system is fair where mainly Blacks.. but also some Asian groups and Hispanics are concerned. NTM its foolish to believe that one day suddenly white america (not individual white people ) just release the chains of socalled minorities in this nation and decided that racial politics and making money of race should be thrown in the bushes. The Prison industry is obviously a legitimate replacement for all that fukkkery.
If Hispanics controlled the fate of whites that would be more fair than whites controlling the fates of anyone including whites. I'm not sure if I would be OK w blacks having sole control of the fate of whites, lol. The same history that allows the system to be biased towards blacks,, would be the same history that some blacks would use to justify fukking up white people.
