They are calling his "Privilege" a disease. Literally in America you can get off if 'you know not what u do' and are too spoiled.

So fukked up. Awful situation. My girlfriend just moved to Dallas and she said Texas is crazy.

Basically this is what happened and it actually worked in real life.

Money wise, the kids family is paying for it. Hes in a 36k a Month rehab facility. When its all said and done they'll probably get 10 years or more worth of tax payer money by sending him to rehab in a year. Prison is about Money not so much justice. You can get less time for cimes you should get life for, if you have the money to pay the state. Thats why billlionares rarely if ever go to prison. The money is paid to make the problem go away.
