Judging from the video, neither person looks to be in a position to back up their claims. I didn't say it was out of the question. For the last time I said both the officer's and the suspect's positions would have to be different in order for penetration to have occurred.

Do it now. Put your hand/fingers in the coochie twittering position and see how your arm and elbow are situated, in watching the video, in my opinion there is never a point in which the officers elbow/forearm are in a position that would make it possible for her fingers to be inside the woman's vag.

Throwing a cigarette out of the window is against the law. The officer had every right to pull them over. If he smelled weed, he had every right to search them. If he didn't find anything he should have let them go.

Posting quotes from their lawyer proves nothing. I'm sure he's being honest and forthcoming with what he knows

As I've said before, if its proven that the women were penetrated then I think the officer's actions were wrong, if not this is just a case of the media jumping to conclusions without proper evidence, it is my opinion that the media would have jumped to much different conclusions had the suspects been black.
