Go home to your girlfreind stand directly in front of her and somehow insert your fingers into her coochie without her spreading or cocking her leg up at all. If you look at the video the trooper stuck her hands directly down the girls pants with out even flipping her hand over and doing the two finger motion that we are all familiar with.
my point is that it's a problem if there's some unavoidable way the cops can violate your rights
I'm not sure how you can be so sure their rights weren't violated, while at the same time conceding there's no way to know if there was truly probable cause

I didn't say I was sure. I said in my opinion looking at the video I didn't see any rights being violated. Any case like this comes down to the cops word verse the suspect. My point is white suspect=the media believes the suspect, black suspect= the media believes the cops.

I'm not caping for them. I'm caping against this idea that they somehow 'deserve' this, or that I should accept their rights being violated because they are white

how can you see that in the video with that big blur? I can flip my hand around with very little visible movement above my elbow. at 2:00 you can see the officer moving around in her pants for at least 9 seconds, and then it cuts off before she removes her arm. many of her movements were consistent with someone 'turning over their hand', but I won't attempt to say more since there was a huge blur over everything
You can see her forearm the entire time, at no time was her forearm in a position that would allow her palm to be facing up torward the girls vagina. Unles she can dislocate her wrist/fingers it would have been imposible for her fingers to penetrate the woman

Bottom line a girl, of any color, should not have a gloved finger shoved insider her on the side of the road, particularly if that same gloved finger has already been down her relatives ass and private area.
