So why can't they make it a prerequisite that all gun owners have to produce a clean mental health check from a psychologist? I understand the bullshyt second amendment, but does the second amendment trump another's right to live? Make it so that you have to get a mental health check up every 2 years. Gun shops can't sell to you unless you produce a check up from the last 24 months? There are so many things that can be done, but likely won't get done.
