This is also the law here in FL (and some other states). The difference in the TX HB-1927 bill is that they won't require a license to open carry OUT IN PUBLIC.

Ya, that’s what I said. Georgia, you can open carry in public no license (unless business or private property). No license needed to own a gun kept in house or car. But to conceal carry anywhere you need license.

EDIT: You need a permit to open carry a handgun here, but no permit to open carry a long barreled gun/rifle. What kinda backwards shyt lol

You can open carry in GA without a license already. You only need a license if you’re going to conceal carry. In GA no firearm license needed to open carry, or keep in personal living areas including car.

That only includes long guns. You still need a license to open carry handguns.

in az, we can concealed carry with no license (not on government property). i thought texas would be on the same page with all the macho shyt they are always talking

We can already do this in Ohio. i thought Texas would've been had this law actually.

Edit: Correction, I should say white people already have this right in Ohio. Black people trying to practice open carry in the wrong place at anytime get cops called on them and shot the fukk up, which is why i conceal carry.

I've seen a few brehs in Ohio open carry but it's definitely only done in areas where other black folks are, I wouldn't drive out to the outer suburbs and do it though because you WILL have to deal with law enforcement. Depending on the officer they can just make up something and charge you with menacing
