Yea I’m surprised this wasn’t already legal in a state like Texas.
We can already do this in Ohio. i thought Texas would've been had this law actually.
Edit: Correction, I should say white people already have this right in Ohio. Black people trying to practice open carry in the wrong place at anytime get cops called on them and shot the fukk up, which is why i conceal carry.

my understanding is that the cost of gun licenses has always been meant as a barrier of entry for black folks like all other sorts of licenses.
Yes you can open carry without a license here. you just need a license to concealed carry. Anybody can legally step out the house looking like Arthur Morgan if they want in Ohio without a license. but you want to be like john wick and tuck the shyt, you need papers

Its open carry here and you still have to register pistols at the police station.
The states that already permit open carry without a license are some of the least populated states in the union.
Wouldn't be surprised to see FL and GA try to push through similar bills.
