I think it was Elon that had the idea of exchangeable battery packs early in the Model S’s development. There would be a station you could pull into and drive over a mechanism the would pull the dead battery from the bottom of the car and replace with a fresh pack in under a minute. He should’ve developed this for the truck for unlimited range...

Tesla could just sell fleets of those trucks to UPS, FedEX, Amazon, Walmart etc skipping putting them at the truck stops. I could see those 4 companies implementing those charging stations into their supply chains based on the how far they can go on a single charge. There's a Walmart within a half and hour of every town in the South.
