I don’t get the issue here. Just sell it.

At this point, highly doubt Tesla would enforce whatever no selling early cybertruck clause that people signed. They have other issues at hand… like being able to sell cars.
It seems to be there’s a contract in place where you can’t. Now whether that’s the case for all Tesla’s or just this one, I’m not sure.

He could probably find a lawsuit that’d try to argue that it’s not binding if he tried based on the news that’s come out about the trucks.

I wonder if a loophole would be to put it under an LLC and then transfer the business over to someone else.

I'm admittedly not very well versed in the logistics or law regarding putting vehicles under a business, can anyone expound on this?
