Not sure apologist is the right word but cause and effect cannot be denied. The French invaded occupied and slaughtered Arabs in the Maghreb for years. Read about france's involvement in algeria. It's part of the reason french Algerians like zidane and benezma do not sing the French anthem even while playing for the national team in big events like the world cup. They know what the french did to their ancestors. A lot of these youngins participating in these attacks heard horror stories from their parents and grandparents about french soldiers torturing people, raping women and massacring entire villages. You compound that with the fact that most of these dudes live in the equivalent of the projects with no shot at life, it ain't being an apologists. It's recognizing how these circumstances were created.

When Us and other countries got involved over there and killed hundreds of thousands civilians, it led to what we have now. When you go into mostly Muslim countries, kill their families and children and at the same time become islamphobic it's going to cause blowback and a reaction. Things like this just doesn't happen because of religion.. They don't exist purely in a vaccume. There's context.

Reading some of the responses in this thread sickens me. Religion, race, whatever.....muthafukkas were out and about trying to chill and shyt and were killed who had nothing to do with it. Hell, I fukking hate it when I hear about it happening in Africa, the Middle East, and other places all the time. But to celebrate that shyt is wack as fukk to me. It could be anybody. Be muthafukkin thankful you could wake up the next day because these folks in Paris....shyt Beirut....and Japan with that earthquake happening, didn't get that same kind of luxury. I don't give a damn about those statistics and these facts about what happened (yes, France has fukked up and the refugee situation in Europe is completely a clusterfukk and this makes it worse for refugees who want to live in peace...regardless of religion). Respect these folks who lost their lives over bullshyt because they were caught in the middle of it. Those who know what I'm saying, this isn't towards you guys at all.
