He just got old.

He was productive in 2010 in Cincinnati, but he tore his ACL. When he came back from it, he signed with Seattle in 2012, but he got released in the preseason as he was a shell of what he had been. He was 39.

Outside of Jerry Rice, you never see WRs that old.

TO playing so well at age 37 is extremely impressive. Only Rice did that well at that age at that position. TO would have had 1,000 yards for the season if he had stayed healthy.

But the ACL injury messed him up.
