they did know.... this isn't the FIRST terminator timeline

in 1, it was the first time it was going on

in 2, sara knew and she started training jon from birth but got locked up

3, he tried to end it early but it still happened... it was always going to happen (skynet launching the nukes)

in salvation, the past 3 times already happened... you hear sara on the tapes she recorded for jon.. jon has memory of the terminators that were already sent back... when they first find the t-100 on the computer, his boy says "it's just like you told us it would be"

so skynet already knew about reese cause reese killed the first t-100 back in number 1.... they know that jon will eventually send him back in time... and if they kill reese now (future) he won't be there to be sent back...

which all makes the "pick him out the lineup" fukking stupid... they could have squished his brain right there, jon would still think he's in there... but at the same time you stopped jon's ability to send him back... therefore nobody would stop the first terminator, and jon would never be born




shyt like this is why i hate time travel in movies.. it NEVER ads up correctly




my mom loves this series and she says if she met james cameron she'd ask him 1 question:

who was jon's father before he sent reese back??? there had to be an original timeline... so before reese ever went back and made jon, who was the original dad... and when a new man makes a totally different baby, wouldn't that instantly change every single part of the future?

they could've just went back in time and killed Sarah's mother... but in 2 the technology from the first terminated birthed skynet..

What I never got was Reese went back and got Sarah pregnant.. so how the hell did John come about in the first place?

In reality they're not the same person, the original Connor would be the Christian Bale John Connor's half brother, but since Kyle Reese went back and got his mom pregant

the Original Jon Connor ceased to exist
just like marty started to disappear in back to the future when his parents came close to never being together

put since Sarah already knew of the future she named her son jon and raised him to be the leader of the resistance

so his only Jon Connor in name

your parents make up who you are, if you interchange either one you wouldn't exist, hell which sperm fertilizing which egg also determines who are as individual

which is why brother and sisters with the same parents are different people, so being born is most random shyt
