I have tried to avoid this shyt because there is a lot of other great boxing to talk about, but the mental gymnastics to spin the man literally saying he never wanted or needed the fight, then just to negotiate and say out of his own mouth 'I agreed to all they bullshyt terms.' Then to back out at the absolute last minute and fight another fight he had obviously been negotiating the ENTIRE TIME, only to call the guy who still hasn't fought or announced who he is fighting and he is still only in talks to fight the guy who BACKED OUT, not once upon a time, a duck is insane to me.
I've seen the youtube interviews with people inside the PBC who are in the know on all this, multiple people have said he had a nice guarantee, but it wasn't enough for him. Everytime they made something work he added a new demand on, I'm sorry bruh after a while you gotta realize when one side keeps making demand after demand after demand usually the one who keeps adding stipulations is the one who isn't really seeking the action like that... at least common sense would tell you that, but when it comes to that. Tyson Fury pulled the same bullshyt to Usyk and people are rightfully roasting his ass for it, but this guy just gets pass after pass after pass.
There's literally a video of him saying he wanted Keith Thurman and he was the man, and felt like that was who he wanted and needed to beat when he first moved up. shyt is clear as day, but they hold onto one video and take everything said out of context and ignore all the bullshyt he done did.
