School will cover them but for kids in grade school it is rough. My friend paid $5k per year between equipment, team/league fees, training clinics, and team travel.

Their first recruit is a breh named Xavier Abel

I don’t think they’ll ever make D1 but it’s still dope for them to start a team. It’s starting…a breh was selected in the top 5 last year & it’s one projected to go top 10 in the draft next week. Hopefully this will get more kids interested in the sport.

NHL sponsors a street league for kids who normally don’t have access to ice hockey; I’m looking into it to see if I can bring it down to the district I work in
