To amend the US Constitution, you need a two-thirds majority vote in both the House of Representatives and the Senate, and then ratification by three-fourths of the states.

Normally I would say Obama will win easily. This country is shifting in a weird way though lol. Would Obama even have interest in running though? He doesn't give me the impression that he actually wants to be president ever again. I know Clinton used to say he did. Obviously he's too old and his personal reputation is heavily damaged now.
