I got a friend who had great hip-hop opinions for the most part, but he thinks the Keep it Thoro beat sounds soft. :mindblown:

Yeah, that's a strange one. I did find it funny how the beat initially caught him off guard, as up to that point he was only used to hearing Prodigy over dark sounding beats. He even mentions how it wasn't as serious and a more playful type of sound... but towards the end you see it all come full circle, and you see him realize how raw and hard that beat actually is :russ:

One of the best moments from his channel imo

Mike the Executioner

What went on up there? Poppers and weird sex!

Man, did you see him hear Purple? You can see his brain explode in real time at the fact that he's able to hang on to every word of bas painting that picture. It's really dope to see someone that's never heard much storytelling raps be able to follow it the whole way, and you can just see his face light up. It's like hearing the song again for the 1st time.

Peep from like 4:10 through 4:55. It's crazy that we didn't appreciate this type of music as youngins and how special it was.

edit: His brain explodes here too

Yeah, I saw those videos. His faces kill me. :russ: I miss how in his earlier videos, when he heard a song he really liked, he would go, "This shyt is hard. :ohhh:"

Did you see his "I Shot Ya" reaction? He was like :ehh: when Keith Murray was rapping, but then Fat Joe came on and he lost his mind hearing him. :bryan:

EDIT: You can see him go :mjtf: at Joe's verse in the thumbnail! :dead:
