I made a thread a while back about John Blaze I still can't decide who had the hardest verse I mean the obvious answer to most seemed to be Pun but Rae's was crazy and Nas too

I think someone brought this up earlier in the thread I like this dude is puttin his daughter on to some 90s classics, today they did Lost Boyz :obama:

It was impossible for him not to fukk with this.

Song speaks to every male's early experience in the game. He young. He probably living out some of them lyrics the way he was vibing heavy as the song rode out. Gave it the partially screw-faced head nod of approval, too. Don't get realer than that.

Great, authentic reaction video.

He's NOT over 18. He is only 18. He wasn't even BORN when DMX and the LOX hit the scene.

I think some nikkas dont realize how gotdamn old we are :mjlol: We might still feel like sorta young, cause really you ain't truly old until you get waaay up there. But young dudes dont know this shyt we think they should know just because its a big deal to us. Like you said, this kid wasn't even in diapers in 1998. And also, everyone doesn't grow up a historian. It might take a lil' longer in life to appreciate the music that came before you were even born. As much music as I grew up knowing, there's a LOT more I learned about in hindsight. When I was a teenager, I was not studying the Gap Band or Marvin Gaye. So I can definitely see an 18 year old having to educate him/herself to '90s hip-hop.

Look at it like this... remember how old Good Times looked to us seeing it in our teens? That's how old Martin looks to a teenager now.

it's interesting that he his one point of reference is that he heard some of these songs playing NBA 2K. it reminds me how a lot of people got into certain music playing the Tony Hawk games
