Not the best Dead Pres song to be introduced too, but then again ...:francis:
nah i actually think for once they did it the right way

hip hop whilst being a classic could've been a lil bit mooted for him. with hell yeah he at least recognises dead prez as being real ones who make out of the box music. he thinks hell yeah is their signature sound...now when he hears hip hop he's gon be :krs::mindblown: at that beat cos he'll come into the track expecting something...he won't waste time trying to figure stuff out

Yeah he needs to do a video explaining that. Part of me thinks he's running a nice little con but his reactions seem genuine.

Then again, he's in The South from what I understand. And The South as a whole aint really into hip hop like that. If you don't dig for it, you'll never hear certain things.

Yeah..but most of these tracks are older than he is. And with the huge amount of new music being released it makes sense he'd never heard them.

Exactly. Younger people really ain't checking for music that old, no matter how popular it was

To put in perspective how young he is, NBA Youngboy is his favorite rapper and he got popular in 2016

glad the little homey got a following, but if you got OGs older brothers uncles etc.. you would've have to listen to these songs at some point though. Hell in movies these songs are played all the time. But keep doing it little homey.

He said Busta Rhymes was probably like the Young Thug of the 90's lol a weirdo but people rocked with his music
:mjlol:

I was trying to think of a closer comparison... I guess it would be Andre 3000 in the late 90's when Aquemini dropped and people started questioning his sexuality but still rocked with his music
