I just got a hold of his Youtube channel a week ago. I'm proud of the young brother doing his homework on the culture. Much respect to him.

At this point, this dude is becoming the quintessential kid who's dad forces all of his interests on.

Thread is lowkey embarrassing :dayum:

How?

The kid has clearly stated that he wants to learn about Hip-hop before his time.

This.

I could maybe understand if he had 100 reactions to Lil Pump and Famous Dex or some shyt and old heads were flooding his comments with "real hip-hop" suggestions. Dude did 2-3 old school reactions and has been asking people daily to suggest more songs.

It's more of an indictment on everyone in here rather than him

The whole thread just screams "pageant mothers/football dad" to me :dayum:

Californ-i-a by way of BK
it's funny to see him struggling with that early 90's east coast slang

"this shyt too deep for me..."
It's so funny watching kids react to Nas or someone of that ilk because he used a lot of slang and references you wouldn't get unless you're of a specific age bracket.

a lot of the stuff, like the 5% slang, is gonna be hard to figure out without help. how is someone gonna figure out that when Rae Ghost said "that was build build" he was talking about 1988
