I don't agree with any of this but regardless....no other genre is obsessed with being young like rap is. You got rappers in their 30's and 40's calling themselves Young and Lil and/or dressing like they're 18....you got grown ass men on this board, pushing 30 if not 30+ calling other people the same age "old head" and "sick and flabby". Same dudes running around using whatever new slang pops up because they have no identity as an adult.
All of this contributes to the types of things people are mentioning to you.

this reaction shyt addictive
dude hitting all my favorite childhood songs too..
this what got me fukkin with east coast shyt..nikkas still mad at P being on there but it got a southern breh like me to pay attention...that was the intention![]()
Reaction videos are my favorite thing to watch on Youtube
This kid is good too. Not sure how old he is (Seems to be around 20-22) and he seems to be more familiar with artists then this kid, but he doesn't know most of the songs he's reviewing.
And it doesn't help when there's legendary older Hip Hop artists that act like they're ashamed to be an older Hip Hop artist like Andre 3K. I don't recall older artists from other music genres publicly acting like they are embarrassed to be an elder still making music and performing at an older age.
In a perfect world Andre would be putting out "adult" hip-hop like Jay-Z's last album....but the fact of the matter is Big Boi been holding down the Outkast brand....consistently putting out great music....is basically the polar opposite of what Andre meant when he said he outgrew hip-hop or whatever.....Big Boi hurt himself on a stage a couple months ago and the internet (including this site) immediately started talking about he's old and washed and needs to go sit down somewhere.
That's a problem with the fans, not Andre. I'm not even saying I agree with Andre but no other genres gotta deal with shyt like that.

Hex, that's not how Andre comes off. He straight up and down comes off as a nikka that feels he's too old for rap and old nikkas shouldn't be rapping. He could easily still be rapping and rapping about some grown man shyt like a Nas or Jay or Elzhi or Kendrick...that gangsta, young hard headed shyt never was his lane anyways...but instead he chooses to PUBLICLY be vocal about his feeling that rap is for young dudes. THAT hurts the image of the music, to not only outsiders but also the youth who listen to the music. It's a free world...he can feel or do whatever, but he should keep that shyt to himself cause he's hurting the image of the music that made him a millionaire.
