I think it's because I'm comparing the ethics and methods of other countries court systems that tend to have better results with prisoners and crime rates after sentencing.

They armed robbed two homes and got into a shoot out with the police and got their friend killed. They did that shyt to themselves. They were on some extra shyt.
They were being charged as adults cuse they did some adult shyt. I am pretty sure they would've had a chance to be tried as kids...if they weren't armed and shooting.

The whole point of the felony murder law...is to serve as a deterrent for armed crimes and to be able to harshly punish those that resort to violence or cause violence and to respect the sanctity of life...every country has had this law...and maintain some form of it...
Only thing I wouldn't agree with is them being charged as adults...but they shot at cops and the cops got that on a camera...which is another no-no for being a criminal...
