Ain't no way his ass won't get sued for this...

T2 lawyers drafting up paperwork already....

Sad thing is he might fukk shyt up for everybody else to...For those not familiar with the GTA modding scene, we basically got a semi-pass for FiveM...T2 never been ok with it, they made several attempts early on to shut it down...The project actually started for GTA4 and the lead developer was hit with several cease and desist lawsuits...

It was then picked up by a bunch of Russians who T2 cannot legally touch, hence the gray area we currently find ourselves in...They won't go after users but they did ban a bunch of accounts a while back cuz you need the R* service to launch the game...

Standing up your own server attempting to profit off it is guaranteed legal action...

Doubt it bruh. NoPixel has been accepting donations for their server for ages now, and they're the biggest RP server out there. You also got hosting companies taking money for anyone to stand their own server up.. FIVE: FiveM Mod (Linux) Gameserver configuration

As long as they aren't hosting servers in the US, he's probably in the same boat as all the other RP crews, but you gotta think they'll go after the big boys first if T2 and the legal team does come crush the buildings.

I'm not mad at Grizzley for jumping on the wave and cashing out, a lot of people been eating off FiveM for a while now. :ehh:

No aware of NoPixel, are they US based?

Regardless, my point still stands, if you are in the US and collecting profit from FiveM you are in clear violation of the TOS agreement...

Your server may be based in Russia but if you live in the states, you can be sued for damages caused by that server which you own...

Every user T2 loses to FiveM is lost potential revenue for GTA Online, this is why they go after folk hard...

Breh at this point Tee Grizzley is bigger than the GTA. If they wanna survive going forward, they have to come to the table and negotiate with him. They are gonna give him his own game, DTA, Detroit Theft Auto, and it will be based in Detroit and it will be centered around sliding on opps and avoiding Rico cases. Gamer of the year, Tee Grizzley, has already been humble enough to give them the blueprint
