I mean, its not a direct correlation as they are fictional characters with superpowers but the idea that they look, talk and act similar to everyone else but are considered different and are outcasted for it is an obvious connection.

All true, but I always found it weird that black characters in such universes like Storm, Bishop and the like for X-Men, for example, their major source of discrimination, despite being created in the 70-80s, was their mutant powers, not their ethnic background.

I guess I'm trying to say that it said a lot about their writers. I can excuse Stan Lee and each character's respective creators, but afterwards? It kinda got silly after a while and became, even for Marvel standards, quite unrealistic and lacked perspective.

Put it this way: Beast facing discrimination immediately cuz he was a mutant? I def understand. Storm or bishop? Ehhhhhhh....

But back on topic....#TeamBP

Nothing much just a bunch of greedy senators giving him control of shield and him being obssessive in nature.... :francis: they gassed his head up badly... and also that's his achillies heel is his ego and over obssessive nature..

215 Uptown!
No one in they right mind should be #TeamStark but i do hope they give Downey the material of the real "Civil War" Iron Man because i fully believe 100% Downey would KILL that shyt.

But Downey is the biggest draw of the entire MCU so i highly doubt they gonna turn him into the a$$hole he really was in "Civil War"

Soon as somebody gets their head gassed up shyt go wrong :wow: So Civil War is overall a good read? i've been looking to get into comics but honestly don't know where to start though.
