You can’t put hands on people kids under any circumstances. You know these situations come with the job.
This isn’t even a generational thing, I have stories for days about the crazy shyt that went down in school, from grade school and up. I’ve seen it all, including a situation just like this, and worse.
I remembered I got laid-off from a job I had at Merrill-Lynch, and my boy who was a teacher, suggested I substitute teach, I flirted with the thought of going the teacher route in College.
I gave it a try for about 4 months, Money was decent ($200 per day) but it was more about the experience, and if that was going to be my career path.
Maaaaaaaan. You gotta have patience, it’s mainly the parents and homes these kids come from that leads to the behavior problems, But you should know coming into the Job, this is a given. You can tell Dude was doing it for a quick buck and wasn’t suitable for the job. The minute he starts wiling, you leave and call Security, especially as an substitute.
Damn subs make 200 a day? I thought teachers didnt make no money?
They doing pretty good and get 3 month vacations every year
If you can handle women you can handle children. They act out at first, but once they like you or respect you they cut the bullshyt. And its usually smooth selling from there.
