I personally never thought much of her until the Reputation era but she's been sexy since then....

I've seen some suggest butt pads or a butt lift but she definitely put on some weight either way.

She also deserves credit for learning how to be sultry and move a bit. Fact of the matter is that she did start out as a country singer...she's not some great stunner but she's clearly worked hard to utilize every bit of sex appeal that she does have.
