They would need pac to give more info to even build a case

He didn't say he testified against him. He called him a snitch in the sense he set him up to get locked up. And basically saying this the type of scammin shyt he was doin across the country. He felt he worked with the govt to set him up. This is what his legal team felt as well so it wasn't like Pac pulled it outta his ass. Even if he was wrong. He was still justified in feeling that way if that's the info he's being fed by his own legal team.
