I understand pac fukin with nikkas who are into rap who came from that element ... But nikkas who are not rappers and are just hardened crimials n nothing more were never gona be good news ....... Pac was hangin out wit Thugs and street nikkas who ain't care about rap before rap. nikka grew up in NY. BMore. And Marin City. Some of the worst neighborhoods and city's in the US. He specifically said he learned the game when he got to the bay area.
