Where are all the clowns that were laughing at this dude in the other threads? :mjlol:

When the video was posted online, that shyt had multiple threads, now that the single is out for purchase and doing good, everybody has disappeared. Where are all the critics/over analyzers now?

I thought it was weird and I personally don't like anything about it.

Do you think I saw that it's charting and started questioning myself?

"I thought it was wack, but maybe I'M wack after all! Let me hope the Brehs don't notice. I'll post this smiley

:dj2:

And this one

:stylin:

And one more

:mj:

Phew. Now maybe I can get away with it."

Sorry. That's not how it went.

I still think what I thought day 1. Now that it's charting I just weep for the real singers in the world and KIM.

I was gonna let y'all celebrate without commenting, but here you go.

Enough of the excuses, black artists have absolutely no reason for continuing to make the trash out here on the charts, I will never defend those sell outs.

This mink slide experiment has proven that you can make solid hits with no profanity or any other vulgar bullshyt and still be "cool" in 2018.

Excuses?

If I want to hear R and B I would play something made in the 80's before I would listen to anything recorded post 2003.

So I hope you didn't think I want Riq to be more like Future.

But this is just crap Breh. Give me a real singer who can sing.

Why though? WHY? Isn't it crazy that you have to go back in the day to get the good shyt.

Aint nothing wrong with what tariq is doing, I liked a lot of one hit wonders and "so called terrible artists" back in the day that made way BETTER shyt and the all around vibe/atmosphere was way more cool than all the TRASH out today from even the top tier artists right now.

The excuses why everything is all trash today is just deflections imo, what I'm telling you is that many of the good singers are making garbage now.

Folks are missing out on the soul renaissance. I be feeling like an evangelist for this shyt sometimes. All of these classics were made in the last 10 years (most of them, pretty recently):

This doesn't even begin to scratch the surface...
