Tarig getting views on passive aggressively shytting on the brother... Making it a chatty patty\gossip type vid...... On some man to man shyt.... if he felt like dude was a good dude... he could've expressed his grievances face to face....... and go from there....

but truth be told... that's not the game Tariq is in...

And everyone's in here pointing out how he only does this so his next promoter will be on point

But what about the promoter you just had

You want them to take your advice and improve the experience for future customers

Then you trash them in public to the point where they might not get future customers

:dwillhuh:

It's childish, man. There are dozens of ways he could have handled that if he wanted to inform people of what happened up there.
"Lou and I had a little miscommunication on how some things were organized but we handled it and ultimately, I had a great time."
Tariq talks about being professional but that little spat was anything but.
He doesn't seem to know if he wants to be Marcus Garvey or DL Hughley.
Blackking is wrong for not being on it considering he was the promoter, but you can't talk down to another man like that on air and expect him to not respond defensively.
Preaching black unity but throwing men under the bus who are presumably operating with the same end goal in mind?
You just told the world he was incompetent.
Like you said, you've now cut into his potential business. You're sabotaging your own movement.
There's no reason this couldn't have been kept between the two men involved. Give him a stern talking to, shake his hand, and keep it moving.
He stays on the chatty patty nonsense when it comes to other black men and it's hard to take him serious as a result.

The part where he said he should be more like his lady made me :weirdo: Because he is the main one preaching that you shouldn't follow your ladies lead, just accept and respect her input. Him saying it like that was an insult not constructive criticism and Tariq knows that.

He getting his comedic points in at the brother's expense.... a sign of disrespect actually.... plus he said the man's name like 8 times just so everyone in Detroit knows who he is referring to

yeah man... Walk up to any man after doing business with him and tell him he needs to be more like his lady, watch how he takes it. Just on some man to man shyt. Black king should be proud of his ladies business acumen and hospitality, thats nothing to feel ashamed of or mad about but you dont tell ANY MAN in a critical tongue that he needs to be like his lady, Im sorry he would have to shoot me one fukk it :manny:

I can kind of see where he is coming from, but at the same time:
1.) He could have, whether he realizes it or not, messed up Lou's business.
2.) He was addressing Lou in a very emasculating manner.
3.) He kinda came off as a Prima Donna.
I mean how can you say we need to be more "transparent" with each other, which is true, but yet you're not able to see when you yourself are making mistakes?

At the end of the day though I respect both these men. :salute:

Most of these internet black revolutionaries like Tariq and especially Black Authority contradict themselves all the time. ESPECIALLY BA...

If Tariq had a problem with Blackking, all he had to do was call him to air out his grievances. You don't put the people you do business with on front street for the sake of "criticism".

Would he have done that if the promoter was non-black? Probably not. So give the same courtesy to your "Brotha" that you would to other people. This shyt is nothing but attention whoring on Tariq's

part and it's the same shyt he rallies against. When the whole Prof Griff thing happened, Tariq was the main one talking about "You shoulda called me", "You don't air shyt like this out in public" and yet

he has no qualms about throwing Blackking under the bus. Hypocrisy at it's finest. And for the nikkas saying that this will show future promoters what to do next time, I beg to differ. What it truly shows,

is that if you do business with Tariq and he finds something he doesn't like with your dealings, he'll air your business to the public, insult you, and sully your name in the process. That could lead to

potential future clients not wanting to do with business with you based off this man's word. Who wants or needs that potential headache?
