Its available to stream. Most Home Theater enthusiasts/video and audiophiles prefer physical media.
I download 2160 remux blu-ray releases, still purchase blu-rays, vinyls, physical PS5 games and stream on Apple Music/Netflix/IPTV....ya nikkas gotta find a new to hate

I heard two things. One, to stream on the major platforms you give up the rights in exchange for temporary licensing. Which lends to my theory that he is going to get bread from the physical market first and then clean up with the streaming. Two, the movie will be streaming in a couple of weeks.
