black man can’t just have a movie that clearly was very much in demand and people had an interest in. The movie Harriet had a whole big budget Hollywood backer and still no one went to see that shyt, except cacs- that whole movie was about making the whites feel comfortable with the massa sympathizer shyt. it underperformed because it wasn’t made for us by us - but Ok, you need a tactic. This buck breaking movie is even moving better than that psyops programming called Black Messiah and that bull shyt Aretha Franklin Hulu movie bore.

how tf is UK-er Cynthia Erivo portraying two MAJOR black American legends and both of those movies fail. Badly. They really thought they could play us for dumb and latch on to whatever actress they force on us. You can’t represent what you Aren’t- whether you’re an actress or not.

What’s crazy is that I’m one of Tariq’s biggest critics. There are a lot things he says that are bullshyt. Yes he is a grifter and hustler but he always delivers on his products. I bought three copies last week and hell, I might buy a few more.

Clowns on here will make threads about come CAC movie beating records in the box office. But let a black man make some money with an independent movie, and then all of the sudden those same c00ns have a problem.

All of a sudden we have time traveled back to 1996 in this thread, they’re acting like the only way to play the dvd is on a Betamax, where google doesn’t exist, laptops don’t exist to play dvds, streaming doesn’t exist and you have to run over to your local Blockbuster video to cop one. But be sure to use your Club when you exit in and out your car for safety -
